Dr. Larry Lehr is the manager of the McLennan and Hill Counties Tehuacana Creek Water Improvement District (TCWID). He previously served as a Director (1979-1993). He graduated with a BBA from Texas Tech University, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from Baylor University, and a Ph.D. in Rangeland Ecology from Texas A&M University, College Station. Dr. Lehr is retired after 30 years of service at Baylor University where he taught classes in Environmental Science including courses in Watershed Management.
